NRC Industries is proud to announce the launch of the Evolved CSR50, a mid-cycle update that brings meaningful improvements in power, reach, technology, and operator efficiency. Developed through extensive engineering, simulation, and field feedback, the Evolved CSR50 is designed to help operators work smarter, faster, and with greater confidence in demanding recovery situations.
At the forefront of this evolution is an optimized 9-fold boom design that delivers an additional 36 inches of reach while maintaining the same lifting capacity. Reach past the tailgate has increased from 300″ to 336″, giving operators greater versatility on recovery scenes and allowing them to reach farther without compromising performance.
The Evolved CSR50 also introduces a significant increase in operating performance. Thanks to its 3,500 PSI hydraulic system, which delivers 17% higher hydraulic pressure, operators will benefit from increased force and capacity across various hydraulic functions, including outrigger deployment, boom functions, and Slider® operation.
To further enhance stability, NRC improved the outrigger system with larger cylinders delivering 37% more stabilizing power. Combined with durable Nylatron™ wear pads, the upgraded outriggers provide increased reliability and long-term durability in the toughest working environments.
Innovation continues with the integration of Lift-IQ™ technology, NRC’s advanced real-time lifting intelligence system. Lift-IQ™ provides operators with instant access to dynamic lifting information, helping improve decision-making, efficiency, and safety on every recovery.
Because productivity extends beyond recovery performance alone, NRC also redesigned the storage layout. The Evolved CSR50 now features a left-hand toolbox that is 40% larger and fully customizable, providing operators with additional space to organize the equipment they rely on every day.
