NRC Industries is proud to unveil the latest evolution of the QuickSwap™ with tag axle, now available with an optional integrated boom, bringing unmatched versatility to the toughest detachable unit in the industry.
Designed for operators who demand both outstanding towing performance and true recovery capabilities, the new QuickSwap™ with tag axle configuration features a two-stage recovery boom (81″ total reach), rear jack legs and up to two 25,000 lb planetary winches. Engineered for a structural rating of 50,000 lb at 30° when retracted and 16,000 lb when extended, it provides the power and control needed to handle everyday recovery operations with confidence. The boom elevation range from 10° to 30°.
This new configuration still offers the same features and benefits as the regular tag axle, that is an additional 17,000 lb capacity, liftable air ride suspension and an additional set of brakes. Optional boom and legs add only about 2,500 lb to the unit.
The new Quickswap™ with tag axle and integrated boom is now available for pre-order through NRC’s authorized dealer network. Production is expected to start in summer 2026.
