For many years, customers operating in harsh climates have relied on hot-dip galvanization to protect their carriers from corrosion and extend equipment life. Popular throughout Canada and the northern United States, galvanized components provide long-lasting protection against rust while helping reduce maintenance requirements over time.
The newly available galvanized chain rack complements NRC’s existing galvanization options for carrier decks, subframes, bumpers, and tow bars. By extending corrosion protection to one of the most frequently exposed and heavily used areas of the carrier, operators can further enhance the durability and long-term value of their equipment.
