Our growth is driven by a strong distributor network and a solid field presence, close to our clients and partners. As a growing company, we are looking for an individual capable of developing, structuring, and supporting our distributor network, primarily in the United States.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support the growth of our distributor network. This is a key, highly field‑oriented role that requires a fully bilingual, mobile, versatile individual who is comfortable working in a growing SME environment.
The position may be based in Saint‑Paul; however, location is flexible depending on the candidate profile, as frequent travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
Distributor Network Development, Field Presence, and Management
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and train new distributors, primarily in the United States
- Support the onboarding of new partners, one or two at a time, in collaboration with internal teams
- Make distributor network development a strategic priority for the organization
- Understand the commercial, technical, and operational needs of partners
- Strengthening the existing distributor network and elevating overall performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales practices
- Collect market feedback and share insights internally
- Represent the company professionally in Canada and the U.S.
Field Presence and Travel
- Regular travel to visit distributors and customers
- Participation in trade shows and industry events
- Flexibility for rapid travel when required
Contribution to the SME Environment
- Participate in various projects typical of a growing organization
- Demonstrate versatility, initiative, and collaboration
Candidate Profile
Skills and Experience
- Experience in business development, partner management, or related roles
- Experience in roadside assistance, trucking, heavy machinery, or vocational equipment
- Strong technical understanding (essential)
- Distributor network experience (strong asset)
- Ability to thrive in an SME environment
Languages
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)

Working Conditions
- Location to be determined according to candidate profile

Competitive compensation aligned with market standards; entry-level guideline around $90,000 per year.
